Lahore Qalandars’ star fast bowler, Haris Rauf, has been sidelined for the rest of the Pakistan Super League season due to a dislocated shoulder injury sustained during a recent match against Karachi Kings. Rauf’s exceptional performance, including an economical spell and a crucial catch, was marred by the injury, leading to a recovery period of four to six weeks as per medical advice.
Team Director Sameen Rana acknowledged Rauf’s importance to the team and Pakistan’s national squad, emphasizing a cautious approach to his rehabilitation. Captain Shaheen Afridi expressed sadness over Rauf’s absence but rallied the team’s unity and determination.
