Barbecue Chicken with a Brown Sugar Twist

Craving the deliciousness of BBQ pulled chicken? Well, good news – this easy slow-cooker recipe makes it a breeze to whip up tender and incredibly flavorful pulled chicken right in the comfort of your home with minimal effort. To elevate the dish, we’ve added brown sugar, Italian dressing, and bourbon, crafting a subtly sweet and smoky sauce that might just become your BBQ go-to. Feel free to skip it, but we believe it’s the star of the show. 😉

We highly recommend heaping this BBQ chicken onto toasted potato buns, accompanied by homemade coleslaw and a drizzle of your preferred BBQ sauce. However, the possibilities are endless – try it on nachos, in tacos, or even as a topping for your BBQ chicken pizza.
