The Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (AMCI) has introduced scholarship opportunities for students from Pakistan, as announced by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The scholarships are available for undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs at Morocco’s public universities for the 2024-25 academic year.

The deadline for submitting applications online through the HEC portal is set for May 10 (Friday).
HEC advises applicants to thoroughly review all instructions and complete their online applications on the HEC portal promptly, without waiting until the last minute. At this point, there is no need to submit hard copies of applications to HEC.
Eligibility for the scholarships is limited to Pakistani citizens or nationals of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, or those who are permanent residents of Pakistan or AJK. Individuals with dual nationality are not eligible to apply.
