Reports from Indian media indicate that the property was previously owned by Isha Ambani, the daughter of Indian tycoon Mukesh Ambani, and was bought by the celebrity couple in June of the previous year.

The purchase price for this luxurious residence by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck was $61 million, which is roughly 500 crore Indian rupees.
