Gas Load Shedding Schedule Released for Ramadan

SSGC Assures Continuous Gas Supply During Ramadan

The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has confirmed that the gas supply will remain uninterrupted during Sehri and Iftar times throughout the holy month of Ramadan.

In a recent statement, SSGC announced that there will be no load shedding during Sehr and Iftar throughout Ramadan. According to the schedule, consumers will experience gas suspension from 9 am to 3 pm and from 10 pm to 3 am during Ramadan. However, the company ensures an uninterrupted gas supply during Sehr and Iftar times.

It is worth noting that the Central Ruet-e-Hilal committee is set to convene in Peshawar on March 11 to see the Ramadan moon. Abdul Khabir Azad, the Chairman of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, will preside over the session in Peshawar on March 11.

Additionally, zonal committees will gather in their respective areas to gather and evaluate reports regarding the sighting of the moon.

This suggests that Ramadan is likely to commence on March 12 in Pakistan. Earlier, weather analyst Jawad Memon had also predicted that Ramadan in the country would begin on March 12.
