The Commander of the National Guard of Bahrain, General Shaikh Mohamed bin Isa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, met with Pakistan’s Army Chief in Rawalpindi to discuss regional security and bolster military collaboration, according to the military’s media wing.
The Inter-Services Public Relations announced that General Shaikh Mohamed bin Isa bin Salman Al-Khalifa held talks with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at Army General Headquarters.

The meeting, which emphasized enhancing bilateral military cooperation, delved into various topics such as regional security dynamics, counter-terrorism efforts, and training exchanges.
Gen Asim Munir highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening its longstanding defense, diplomatic, and economic ties with Bahrain. He stressed the significance of joint efforts in addressing common security challenges and fostering peace and stability in the region.
The Bahraini commander commended Pakistan Army’s endeavors in combating terrorism and extremism, acknowledging the professionalism and dedication of its personnel. He reiterated Bahrain’s dedication to expanding cooperation with Pakistan in defense and security realms.
