Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi has been targeted with a bomb threat from an anonymous caller claiming affiliation with Afghanistan. The caller, issuing a warning of an impending explosion within three days, cited the recent attack on Machh Jail by five terrorists.
In response, the authorities at Adiala Jail promptly notified law enforcement agencies, including the Rawalpindi police and local administration, about the threat.

Expressing grave concerns, the DIG Jail penned a letter to the Chief Police Officer (CPO) of Rawalpindi, urging immediate action to bolster security measures at Adiala Jail.
