This decision comes after incidents of vandalism occurred on February 8 in polling stations located in Dara Adam Khel and Jawaki. Following the destruction of ballot papers, the Election Commission ordered re-polling.
According to reports from the Provincial Election Commissioner and the Returning Officer, terrorists from an organization were responsible for snatching and destroying polling materials, prompting the Election Commission’s decision.
