The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced that the President’s Trophy 2023-24 final match will be held at the Pindi Cricket Stadium. The highly anticipated showdown between Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) and Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) is scheduled to take place from February 9 to 13.
Originally slated to kick off on January 27 at the National Bank Cricket Arena, the final was postponed due to a scheduling conflict with the Sindh Premier League (SPL). Subsequently, the PCB provided new dates for the final, narrowing it down to a window between the 6th and 10th of February. However, the final venue was not finalized until now.

The premier domestic tournament witnessed seven departmental teams engage in a thrilling seven-round competition, with each team playing six games. The action-packed matches unfolded in the vibrant city of Karachi.
WAPDA emerged as the frontrunner, topping the points table with an impressive 62 points garnered from seven matches. Close on their heels, SNGPL secured 57 points from an equal number of matches, setting the stage for an exciting final clash between the two teams.
The upcoming President’s Trophy final is set to feature Mohammad Sajid and Waleed Yaqub as the on-field umpires, while Nadeem Arshad will officiate as the match referee. Cricket enthusiasts eagerly await this pinnacle event in Pakistan’s domestic cricket calendar.
